Q; How do I play the video files?
A; The files are in MP4 format just like other popular download sites. You
will need QuickTime Player to watch the movies. You can download it for
free at apple.com. This will work with Windows or Mac OS. MP4 files will also play on Unix computers.
Q; The file downloads and Quicktime opens but it doesn't play.
A; Press the play button.
Q; I cant find my downloads.
A; we send a confirmation email which also has a link for the download. Please make sure that is not being blocked by your spam filter or that the confirmation email has not been placed in your email trash or junk folder.
Note downloads expire in 24 hours.
Q; The file stops playing in the middle.
A; This may be because your download was stopped half way for some reason. Delete the file from your computer, clear out your internet cache (temporary internet files) and download the files again.
Q; I downloaded the file and viewed it, now where's it gone?
A; Rookie error! When you get your download email it is best to save the file rather than play it. On Firefox, this may put the file in a downloads folder, which could itself be in your documents folder if you are using a PC. Internet Explorer usually asks you where you want to download it to - make sure you know where you are saving it on your machine. Even if you have viewed the file you can still download and save it using the link we sent you.
Q; I really have lost the email and cannot download the video I bought.
A; Send us an email or fill out the form below. We can resend the file. Make sure you are not blocking our address first.
